![]() The narrative and writting are good, not the best but they do they thing. If you liked that sort of 'discovery' aspect in either show, both of these shorter series will appeal to you. The visuals are really good, tho a bit FPS-less at some points. Sakasama no Patema and Arata-naru Sekai both involve girls exploring the truth of a post-apocalyptic world. The answer is It's just a movie bro don't worry. Also, why there is only one city in shuch a massive space, that I don't even know how they built? and HOW does antennas work? And also, how such bad concept of society hasn't fallen already? The incident happened in 2026, and I suppose that between that and the movie's events 200 years passed. The movie in general is good, tho it has a lot of plotholes, like how tf did they build such a massive underground "world". The thing is, for the first part when I was watching from the perspective of the MC I didn't felt that, but once the perspective of the world changed to Patema, I was scared shitless honestly. Inspired by a friend that mysteriously went. Obviously that was a long time ago, I don't have that fear anymore, but this movie sure gives me the PTSD of that. Patema is a plucky young girl from an underground civilization boasting an incredible network of tunnels. Just the simple act of looking at a big building from close or the sky left me shaking. ![]() ![]() Once when I was a child I feared the concept of reverse gravity.
